Sharpening Your Knife Skills  1/9/11  13:00 - 14:30  Learn the most important skill in the kitchen - how to properly use a knife.  In this class, you will learn how to select, maintain and use all of your knives.  Learn proper knife handling and safety and all of the basic knife cuts.
