The evening was an amazing success and the students were totally engrossed in making sure that the dishes and the service would put an established restaurant to shame.
The JCI restaurant is a wonderful showcase for the JCI students and we were completely booked.
Many thanks to our culinary lecturers Chef Jeff Lewis and Guy Frenkel for leading the team.
Well done to the students who worked very hard but enjoyed every second of the pressure .
